How long does it take for my neon sign to arrive?

 We manufacture and ship within 3-4 business days in Spain, 3-5 days in Portugal, and 4-6 days in France. If we don't deliver on time due to our fault, the order is free.

 Is it difficult to install?

 No. All our neon signs are Plug & Play. Just plug it in and you're ready to go. We include the complete mounting kit — screws, suspension or adhesive, depending on your choice.

 Can I use my own text?

 Yes. You design online in less than 60 seconds with our configurator. You choose the text, font, and color. We manufacture exactly what you design.

What colors are available?

 Cool white, warm white, red, green, blue, light blue, orange, yellow, pink, and purple. Not available in RGB.

 Can it be installed outdoors?

 Yes, with the IP67 version designed to withstand rain, moisture, and dust. Select the Outdoor option when configuring.

 What is the warranty?

 5-year warranty. Each piece undergoes a 24-hour testing protocol before leaving our workshop.

 What is the minimum price?

 From €49 with shipping included. The price varies depending on the size and chosen options.

 Do you have a guaranteed lowest price?

 Yes. If you find the same product cheaper elsewhere, we will match it and give you an extra 5% discount.
